AccomMate is a place to discover Australian accommodation and connect directly with the people who host it. Independent accommodation operators can present a stay; travellers can explore locations, compare property details and contact the owner.

The service is designed around a simple idea: make the owner-to-guest conversation clear and let guests arrange the booking directly with the real accommodation provider.

Direct conversations and clear payments

When a guest and owner agree on a stay, they arrange availability, booking details and payment directly with one another. AccomMate does not collect accommodation booking funds and does not charge a commission on the booking.

Owners set their own rates and policies. Guests should read the listing details, ask questions before confirming and understand the owner’s terms.

Six owner advertising memberships

AccomMate offers six 12-month advertising memberships. Five have a published annual AUD price and one is P.O.A. and quote-only.

A clear path for accommodation owners

An owner can create an account, review the membership descriptions, choose a suitable advertising option and manage property information in the owner workspace. An active membership is required before a new property listing can be created; existing listings are not removed or rewritten by this rule.

Every membership page explains its term, published price or quote status, stated inclusion and the details that still need agreement. Marketing descriptions are not a promise of traffic, ranking, bookings or revenue.
