Reviews are tied to completed stays
AccomMate publishes reviews only when they are attached to a real booking marked completed. The customer account must belong to the guest on that booking, and sample listings are not eligible.
This keeps the review feed focused on first-hand stay experiences instead of unverified testimonials. The property and review remain linked so travellers can read useful context before contacting an owner directly.
How to share your experience
Sign in with the customer account used for your booking. Completed real stays eligible for feedback appear in the review form; choose a rating from one to five stars and write a review between 10 and 1,800 characters.
Each completed booking can receive one review. The server checks the booking, guest, completion status and sample-listing flag before accepting a submission.
Helpful, honest feedback for future guests
Share what you found useful about the accommodation, location and communication. Keep the review about your own experience and avoid including private contact details or sensitive information.
Travellers should still confirm current rates, availability, house rules and booking arrangements directly with the accommodation owner.
