The annual memberships cover a standard listing, enhanced featured visibility, social network marketing, branded AI video marketing, weekly newsletter and app promotions, or monthly app and SMS promotions by quote.

Each detail page explains what the named service includes and what must be agreed separately, such as campaign channels, creative, schedules or delivery.

• Monthly App SMS Promotions Direct Bookings is P.O.A. and quote-only.
• All six memberships are for 12 months; the P.O.A. option does not have an automatic checkout price.

Owners use their account to prepare and manage accommodation information. New listings require an active membership; existing property records remain in place when this rule applies.

Guests can review property information and contact the owner about a stay. Rates, availability, house rules and booking arrangements should be confirmed directly with the owner.
